Prepaid service is a product aimed at companies who wants the possibility to contact a consultant who knows their network with short notice. The number of hours the company wishes can be negotiated to match needs and demands.
The product is often used after a project where LC|NetConsult have been involved and the company would like to have access to support if any complex incidents should occur.
